There was a dream which I felt that a temple has to be constructed for lord ayyappa. However I didnt have any connection with Pammal as I was located in west mambalam. Accidentally I came across this area to meet a friend and I felt that this locality of Pammal would be the best place for me to construct the temple for lord ayyappa. After consulting with the great astrologers I along with some like minded devotees started the work. However constructing a temple is not an easy task. We had so many hindrances and obstacles which stopped us from proceeding with the work. But with the blessings of lord ayyappa we were able to construct the temple and the kumbabhishekam for lord ayyappa was performed in the year 2008 along with maha ganapathy, malikapurathu Amman, and shivan. Later in the year 2010 Guruvayurappan temple was also constructed and the kumbabhishekam was performed. Subsequently balamurugan temple was also constructed and kumbabhishekam was performed.

Naveekarana Ashtabhandhana Maha kumbhabhishekam (For all deities):
We felt that the sree kovil in stone and wood will bring in more positive vibrations to the temple and people around this locality. And our Ayyappan also was happy with this wish of ours. So with the contributions of the like minded devotees we constructed the sreekovil with black stone and the wooden roof covered with copper sheets and the Naveekarana Ashtabhandhana Maha kumbhabhishekam was performed in January 2021.
First Kodiarchanai performed in our temple:
Sarana gosha priyan and with the love for chanting and slokas, we organised a Kodi Archanai event in our temple and performed more than one crore archanas by the devotees. Along with that we performed various homams and abishekams along with Nithya Annadhanam.
Making of Thiruvabharana Petti for Ayyappan (The Grand Jewel Box):
Our Ayyappan is adorned with various jewellery and many of us feel that this temple is a replica of Sabarimala. It can to our mind that we can create a Thiruvabharana petti for our Dharmasatha. We worked on design the box and with the blessings of Lord Ayyappan we were able to make Thiruvabharana petti, velli petti and kodi petti which is carried out as procession from Bhavani Amman temple every year during Makara vilakku.
Construction of Annadhana Mandapam:
We know that Ayyappan is happy when people are provided food. And thats why we call him Annadhana Prabhu. So we planned to construct an Annadhana Mandapam in the temple. Again after getting approval from Ayyappan we constructed the Annadhana Mandapam and inaugurated the same in 2016.
Dwajapradhishta (Installation of Kodimaram):
With the majestic ambience and the a great frontage we felt that Kodimaram will add beauty and chaitanyam to the temple. After the search for few months we were able to identify teak from reserve forest in pala (near Kottayam). It was taken to Nagercoil where it was seasoned with medicated oil and brought to the temple. It was installed and plated with gold coated sheets.
Ashtabhandhana Maha kumbhabhishekam (Balasubramanian):
After we performed the kumbabhishekam for Ayyappan and Guruvayurappan, we felt that the temple will be complete with Lord Murugan as well. So again after consulting with our thanthri and approval from God through deva prasanam we constructed and performed kumbhabhishekam for Balasubramanian.
Ashtabhandhana Maha kumbhabhishekam (Guruvayurappan & Anjaneyar):
We thought of bringing in Guruvayurappan as well in pammal. After discussing with our thanthri, Brahmashree Aryan Namboodri and getting permission from Ayyappan through deva prasanam we planned to construct a temple for Guruvayurappan. We consulted with Sri. Prashanth (architect) and came up with a plan for circular shape sreekovil. With the blessings of Lord Ayyappan and Guruvayurappan we completed this task as well and kumbhabhishekam was performed in 2010.
Ashtabhandhana Maha kumbhabhishekam (Dharmasatha, Ganapathy, Malikapurathamman, Sivan & Nagaraja):
As mentioned in the temple history, it was our long felt ambition to construct a temple in this locality. With the grace of Lord Ayyappa and support of many like minded devotees, we were able to construct the temple and perform kumbabhishekam in the year 2008.
